Honored by the Mayor and City Council

Dear Kensei Family,

We are proud to share a special moment from our recent event.

Kensei Judo is moving up in the world. We were officially invited to perform the opening invocation at San Jose City Hall in front of the entire City Council.

Kensei Judo was honored and acknowledged by the Mayor of San Jose - Matt Mahan, Council member - Domingo Candelas, and members of the City Council in recognition of our continued presence, growth, and contribution to the community.

It was a great honor to have the Mayor and City Council members recognize our organization and the work we continue to do through judo.

This special moment belongs to our entire Kensei Judo family: our students, instructors, parents, and supporters.

Thank you for being part of our journey and helping Kensei Judo continue to grow. We are grateful for this honor and look forward to many more years of serving our community through judo.

With gratitude and pride,

The Kensei Judo Team
